"Building partnerships and creating alliances with local experts in the international markets that are emerging helps us to create a strong competitive advantage," said Robert Di Marco, Executive Vice President of Arcis Resources Corporation. "This agreement with Al Suwaiket will help ensure a well-respected position for the local office that we will be establishing in Saudi Arabia, and enable quick deployment of our operations."
Arcis anticipates having registration completed in Saudi Arabia by the first quarter of 2012.
"This collaboration follows our strategic business plan to create a global presence for our green approach to eliminating hazardous waste of chemicals, solvents and distillates by recovering the waste byproducts for reuse and distribution," said Trevis Lyon, President of Arcis Resources Corporation. "Most companies that produce these types of waste are not even aware of the green alternatives available to them." Arcis' green solutions to waste management don't merely help the environment, Lyon said, but "can create an additional source of revenue for the customers, as well. We can take the recovered waste byproducts and match them with buyers who use them in their operations. We can then coordinate the sell, logistics and distribution of the recovered waste byproduct to the buyer for reuse. It's a win-win situation and we hope to bring awareness of that to the thousands of companies worldwide who could benefit from our services."
Arcis expects this expansion of the company to begin generating revenue by the third quarter of 2012.
