  American Pacific Rim Commerce Group (PINKSHEETS: APRM) (www.aprcg.com) announces it has been notified by the authorized
market maker, that filed the Form 211 with the Financial Industry
Regulatory Authority (FINRA), formerly the NASD, that it has received
questions to the 211 Filing and has requested additional information from
the Company. Currently, counsel for APRM is working with management to
respond to FINRA to satisfy such questions.  The Company is seeking to have
its Form 211 declared Effective with FINRA, thereby upgrading the quote
status of APRM to 'solicited' on the Pink OTC Markets.
