American Pacific Rim Commerce Group Files Third Quarter Results, Maintains PS Current Tier Status

  American Pacific Rim Commerce Group (PINKSHEETS: APRM) (www.aprcg.com) announces it has been notified by the Pink OTC
Market, Issuer Services, that filings for the Period Ending August 31, 2008
have been reviewed and the Company will remain in the PS Current
Information Tier.

The Company is pursuing Form 15c-2(11) filing with FINRA registered broker-dealers to upgrade to solicited trading status. Additionally, the Company has undertaken audit and review processes for Fiscal Year End and subsequent Form 10 Filing, which will make the Company fully reporting and Effective with the SEC, the first step towards upgrading its domestic trading exchange to the OTCBB.

Once Effective with the SEC, the Company contemplates filing for a dual listing on an Asian Stock Exchange to increase shareholder liquidity and awareness. The Company's management is meeting officials of the Hong Kong Exchange next month to pursue the dual listing process.
