Highlighting the filing for the period, the Company capitalized $143,944 for software, hardware and related costs associated with the development of its 'first to market' proprietary e-commerce platform, uniting Small and Medium Sized Business (SME) in the U.S. and ready and willing buyers in China and Hong Kong.
