TGGI to Open Its Second Sales and Installation Center in SC

  Trans Global Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TGGI) and its wholly owned subsidiary Ecosafe Insulation of FL ("ECOFL")
(www.ecosafeus.com) are pleased to announce the opening of a second sales
and installation center in Columbia, South Carolina.

ECOFL will open the new center in January 2010, which will act as the hub for North and South Carolina. The center will initially open as an ECOFL operation with the intention of selling the center along with the territory agreement for both North and South Carolina.

TGGI, which recently announced an agreement with American Green Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AMNE) (www.americangreengroup.com) to acquire the company's Ecosafe line, expects to have Shareholder and Director approvals in early January 2010.
