AMNE through its wholly owed subsidiary Paradigm Polymers announces a pending Strategic Alliance Agreement with Alderman Research Ltd. (AR) a Delaware Corporation. AR president, Robert J. Alderman is holder of over 80 US and International patents covering a variety of fields, including electronics, telephone, radio communications, fuel cell, acoustic levitation, sonic cleaning, laser measurement, distillation, reflective/thermal insulation, and Phase Change Materials ("Infinite R").

Alderman Research has also developed multiple products sold into various markets under licensing and trade secret agreements. Some licensees of Alderman products are Butler Buildings, the world's largest builder of steel buildings, Owens Corning, the giant fiberglass insulation manufacturer, Radio Shack, Leeds Electronics, and Paradigm Polymers.

Mr. Alderman would become a charter member of the newly organized Research and New Product Development Program being launched by Paradigm Polymers in mid August 2009 and have the Inventor Emeritus seat on their Advisory Board.
