Scheltema has joined the company, assuming the position of President and Director effective immediately.  Mr. Scheltema is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and member of the bar in multiple states.  He has been instrumental in turn-around situations and has been providing services to over-the-counter companies for many years. Mr. Scheltema brings the knowledge and experience necessary to move the company forward. We welcome Mr. Scheltema on board and thank Marco Chavez for the exceptional service that he brought to the company during his tenure. Mr. Chavez has resigned as a Director and Officer.
