Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

On March 17, 2015, Shao-Hua Chu informed the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Andatee China Marine Fuel Services Corporation (the “Company”) that he resigned as an independent member of the Board. Mr. Chu noted that his resignation was for personal reasons and not for cause or disagreements with the Company. The Company thanks Mr. Chu for his services on the Board and Board standing committees.
