(the “Company”), completed a fund raising of an aggregate of $40,500 dollars, pursuant to Regulation S of the Securities Act of 1933 in Hong Kong, by issuing an aggregate of 40,500,000 shares of common stock, par value $.001 per share, of the Company. The following individuals each purchased their shares at a price per share of $.001.
