Item 4.02 Non-Reliance on Previously Issued Financial Statements or a Related Audit Report or Completed Interim Review

 

During the course of the preparation of the financial statements of AiXin Life International, Inc. (the “Company”) for the three and six month periods ended June 30, 2019 to be included in the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2019, management became aware of a transaction that had occurred during the quarter ended March 31, 2019 that had not been reflected in its financial statements for that quarter included in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period then ended (the “First Quarter 2019 Form 10-Q”). Consequently, on August 20, 2019 the Board of Directors of the Company, after consultation with the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm, Prager Metis CPA, LLC, determined that the financial statements included in its First Quarter 2019 Form 10 -Q should no longer be relied upon and will be restated to reflect the previously unreported transaction.
