Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers

Effective as of July 18, 2014, Gregory Manos resigned from his position with Active Health Foods, Inc. as its Director, President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Board Member.  Mr. Manos’ decision to resign from his position was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
