Remarks: Iroku Inc. (dba EA Armament & Surveillance Technologies Inc., NY) has acquired a total of 11,317,701 shares, which is approximately 20.21% of the 56,000,000 shares listed on the OTC (although there are some reports that the floating shares total 60,000,000). The most recent acquisition of 316,146 shares occurred since the last Form 4 filing in November 2019. The shareholder makes these filings to publicly and officially reiterate its intent to continue to purchase shares on the open market (i.e. we are currently purchasing, and have every intent to continue to purchase shares in OTC;ADFS) as it works with the existing management and board of directors of ADFS to ensure the company is compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and eventually becomes financially stable.
