pleased to announce that Mark Schiller has joined the Company as Chief
Financial Officer and been appointed to the Board of Directors. Mr.
Schiller is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
During the 1980's he worked as an auditor and comptroller in the oil
