   Airborne Security and Protective Services (PINKSHEETS: ABPR) announced today that the company has completed integration of Arrow operations and Global operations with Airborne and has completed the closing of the Arrow Security Corp. acquisition on June 15, 2010.

Stan Beauchemin, Managing Director of Airborne, stated, "Arrow Security currently bills out approximately $1,560,000 per annum. This combined with the recent acquisitions will position Airborne as a premier security service company and will help us achieve our stated goals of increasing our billable hours and getting our billings to over four million ($4,000,000) dollars per annum in this fiscal year."
