On January 3, 2021, Ability Inc. (the “Company”) notified its shareholders of its upcoming Annual and Special Meeting which will take place on Tuesday, February 9, 2021, at 11:00 am Israel time.

 

The Notice of Annual and Special Meeting and Proxy Statement to be delivered to holders of the Company’s ordinary shares in the United States, which includes detailed information about the meeting and the agenda thereof, is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
