Barclays Global Investors Canada Limited (BGI Canada) announced today the second
quarter 2009 cash distributions for iShares funds. Unitholders of record on June
29, 2009 will receive cash distributions payable on June 30, 2009. Details of
the "per unit" distribution amounts are as follows:
