CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Apr 15, 2014) - PHX Energy Services Corp. ("PHX Energy" or the "Corporation") (TSX:PHX) has declared a cash dividend of $0.07 per common share designated as an "eligible dividend" within the meaning of subsection 89(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada), and payable on May 15, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2014. The ex-dividend date is April 28, 2014.
