Record Date for Initial Quarterly Dividend

CALGARY, Sept. 24, 2018 /CNW/ - MBN Corporation ("MBN") wishes to advise investors of the initial quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share for shareholders of record as of September 30, 2018. The dividends will be designated as "eligible dividends" for Canadian income tax purposes and will be paid on or about October 15, 2018.

As previously announced, MBN recently completed a merger with Globalance Dividend Growers Corp., with MBN being the continuing fund.  While MBN seeks to identify long-term strategic investment opportunities, its portfolio will be comprised of global issuers with a history of strong dividend growth. 

The equity shares trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol MBN.
