S&P Dow Jones Indices Announces Changes to the S&P/TSX Composite and S&P/TSX Canadian Dividend Aristocrats Indices

TORONTO, June 28, 2022 /CNW/ - The shareholders of Intertape Polymer Group Inc. (TSX: ITP) have agreed to the terms of a Plan of Arrangement resulting in the acquisition by Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. Each share of Intertape Polymer Group will receive C$40.50 cash consideration.

Intertape Polymer Group will be removed from the S&P/TSX Composite Index and S&P/TSX Canadian Dividend Aristocrats Index after the close of June 30, 2022, prior to the open of trading on July 4, 2022.
