Jim Stelter Joins Inscape as Chief Executive Officer

Inscape (TSX:INQ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jim Stelter as Chief
Executive Officer effective immediately. He joined the Inscape board in
September 2013 and will remain a director. Jim's extensive experience in the
furniture industry includes various sales, marketing and leadership roles with
Steelcase during 25 years of service. Jim leads Inscape as it sharpens its focus
on expanding distribution for its workspace products.
