Provides Update on Director Replacement Process

TORONTO, Oct. 1, 2015 /CNW/ - Home Capital Group Inc. (TSX: HCG) will announce its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2015 on Wednesday, November 4, 2015. The results will be issued after market close at approximately 5:00 p.m. ET. The conference call and webcast will take place the following day, Thursday, November 5, 2015, at 10:30 a.m. The conference call will be hosted by Gerald M. Soloway, Chief Executive Officer and will conclude with a question and answer session. Director Replacement Update
As previously disclosed, Home Capital plans to name a director to replace James C. Baillie, who resigned in July from the boards of Home Capital and its subsidiary, Home Trust Company. The process of naming a replacement is moving toward a conclusion and the Company will make an announcement in due course.
