Home Capital Group Inc. Announces Dividend

TORONTO, Nov. 5, 2015 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors of Home Capital Group Inc. (TSX: HCG) has approved the payment of a quarterly dividend of 22.0 cents per share on the outstanding Common Shares of the Company, which is equivalent to an annual dividend of 88.0 cents per share. The dividend is payable on December 1, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 13, 2015.

The above-mentioned dividend on the Common Shares is designated as an "eligible" dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial legislation.
