Dream Office REIT June 2014 Monthly Distribution

DREAM OFFICE REIT (TSX:D.UN) today announced its June 2014 monthly distribution
of 18.666 cents per REIT Unit, Series A ($2.24 annualized). The June
distribution will be payable on July 15, 2014 to unitholders of record as at
June 30, 2014.
