Corby Spirit and Wine Limited Announces New Chief Financial Officer

TORONTO, Aug. 28, 2018 /CNW/ - Corby Spirit and Wine Limited's ("Corby" or the "Company") (TSX: CSW.A, CSW.B) Board of Directors announced today that Antonio Sanchez has resigned as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Corby, effective September 1, 2018 to accept a position with Pernod Ricard S.A. as Senior Vice President, Global Finance Digital Transformation. Effective October 1, 2018, Mr. Edward Mayle has been appointed as Mr. Sanchez's successor as Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer of Corby and also as a Corby director, filling the vacancy created by Mr. Sanchez's departure.

Edward Mayle brings an abundance of financial knowledge to Corby. He joins the Company from Pernod Ricard UK where he was most recently Finance Director, building on prior finance international roles in the organization. Mr. Sanchez will assist Mr. Mayle with his transition into his new role in the months ahead.
