NEW YORK, Nov. 27  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today began trading Morgan Stanley's PLUS Linked to the S&P 500 Index.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 1,075,000 shares, this equity trades under the ticker symbol SPU and has a maturity date of March 20, 2008.
