Entertainment Limited (NASDAQ:SNDA), the largest operator of online games in
China, will announce its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2004
on Monday, August 9, 2004 after the close of the New York Stock Exchange,
corresponding with Tuesday morning, August 10, 2004 in the Beijing/Hong Kong
time zone.

Following the announcement, Shanda's management team will host a conference
call at 9:00 p.m.  Eastern Standard Time, corresponding with August 10, 2004 at
