American Stock Exchange Lists Morgan Stanley's 13.25% Hits Linked to SanDisk Corporation

NEW YORK, Feb. 22  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today began trading Morgan Stanley's 13.25% HITS linked to SanDisk Corporation.

Priced at $10 per HITS with an initial offer size of 1,800,000 shares, this equity trades under the ticker symbol SHM and has a maturation date of March 20, 2007.
