                        Additional Listing - Replacement

Stanelco has applied for 20,604,900 new ordinary shares in the Company to be
admitted to the Official List of the UKLA and admitted to trading on the London
Stock Exchange. Dealings are expected to commence on 3 September 2003. These new
ordinary shares were issued in a placing for cash on 6 December 2001 at 2.75p
per share to fund the development work of its subsidiary InGel Technologies
Limited.
