               Successful Letting of Headquarters Office Building

                    in Maidenhead, Berkshire, to S.D.L. plc.

Cardiff Property is pleased to announce that Campmoss Property Company, a 47.62%
owned joint venture undertaking, has completed the letting of its new office
building known as 'Cannon Court', Clivemont Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire to SDL
plc.

Campmoss acquired the building in 1999 and following the grant of planning
permission in 2000 commenced the development of a new 30,000 sq ft office
building. SDL, a multilingual software product and services company, will use
the building to house its UK Headquarters.

The building has been let on an institutional lease for a term of 15 years, at
an average annual rental figure of #664,089 over the first 5 years, allowing for
a rent free period in the first year.
