Statement Re Suspension of Trading
The trading of the Company's shares on AIM was suspended with effect from 7am on
2 June 2002. This was due to the fact that the Company was not in a position to
publish its accounts for its financial year ended 30 November 2002 within the
six month period laid down by the AIM Rules.
The Company is making every attempt to publish its accounts as soon as possible
which will allow trading in its AIM securities to recommence.
