Prestige Publishing Plc ("Prestige" or "The Company")

Change of Board

The Company wishes to announce that the Board of Directors of the Company,
consisting of Mr Peter Catto, Mr Simon Robinson and Mr Ronald Lowenthal,
resigned as directors of the Company with effect from 9 October 2003 and that Mr
Nicholas Greenstone and Mr Raymond Harris have been appointed as executive
directors.

In accordance with paragraph F of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules, Mr Greenstone's
(aged 59) directorships over the past five years are listed below:-

The Company confirms that no other details are required to be disclosed under
paragraph F of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules with respect to Mr Greenstone.

Mr Harris (FCA), is a chartered accountant. He qualified as a chartered
accountant in 1961 and became a partner of Bennet Nash Woolf in 1963. In 1976 he
left the partnership and worked as a sole practitioner as Harris & Co. In 1977
he founded and began developing a multi-national telecommunications business.
That business was sold in 1986 and Ray Harris continued to develop his
accountancy practice until he merged Harris & Co. with Gerald Edelman in 1989.
In 1989, he joined the board of Gerald Edelman Plc and remained a director until
his resignation on 4 November 2002. On 30 June 2003 Ray Harris retired from the
partnership of Gerald Edelman. He is a non-executive director of The Creative
Education Corporation Plc and an executive director of Microcap Equities Plc. He
is also a director of Your Space Plc.

dissolved on 17 August 1993 and 2 September 1993 respectively.

The Company confirms that no other details are required to be disclosed under
paragraph F of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules with respect to Mr Harris.
