Agreement for the use of a second facility by NewTech Brake Corp.
BLAINVILLE, June 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mr. Yvon Rancourt, President of
NewTech Brake Corp. (OTC:BBOTC::OTC:NWTB) announces the signature of an
agreement for the use of a second facility next to the existing building, in
Suzhou, China. This addition of 5,600 sq. m. will triple the available area for
the production of the NewTech "Full Contact"(R) disc brake.

the "Just-In-Time" system will be greatly simplified. With this new addition,
production can reach 20,000 brakes a month.

better control over supplies, manufacturing, costs and continuous quality
improvement, and a guarantee of efficiency to the total organization."
NewTech Brake Corp. intends to produce and market a new, high value-added
generation of safer, more efficient and cost-effective full contact disc brakes
and related components to the global heavy duty vehicle market.
