                                Interim Results


Medi@Invest, an Aim listed Company currently suspended pending the publication
of the Circular for the acquisition of Universal Consumer Products Limited
("UCP") which constitutes a "Reverse Take-over", today announces the publication
of its Interim Statement for the six months to 30 September 2002. The figures
