Flotation of AeroBox Plc (formerly Greatstride Plc) ("AeroBox")
Further to the Company's announcement on 11 March 2003 regarding its investment
in ACS, the directors are pleased to announce that all resolutions were passed
at the Extraordinary General Meeting of AeroBox on the 20 March 2003. As a
result, Aerospace Composites Structures, LLC ("ACS") has become a 100%
subsidiary of AeroBox.
Shares in AeroBox began trading on the Alternative Investment Market on 20 March
2003 and the closing mid price of AeroBox on 21 March 2003 was 23 pence per
share, a 15% increase on the placing price of 20p.
The Company received 4,423,902 ordinary shares in AeroBox in exchange for its
investment in ACS and the value of these shares based on the mid price of 23
pence was #1,017,497. A further 884,780 shares in AeroBox will be received by
the Company should ACS meet the performance targets detailed in the previous
announcement.
