VoX Communications Selects Global Crossing for Nationwide VoIP
Services

(NASDAQ:GLBC) announced today that it is providing Global Crossing VoIP
Outbound Service(TM) and Global Crossing VoIP Local Service(TM) to VoX
Communications, a premier packet communications services provider deploying
wholesale, residential and business VoIP services nationwide.
VoX is a wholly owned subsidiary of eLEC Communications Corp (OTC:ELEC)
(BULLETIN BOARD: ELEC) . VoX selected Global Crossing's robust VoIP solution
set to power its high-quality alternative to traditional landline service.
