American Stock Exchange Lists PROPELS Based on a Basket of Three International Indices NEW YORK, April 26 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today began trading Morgan Stanley PROtected Performance Equity Linked Securities ("PROPELS") based on a basket of three international indices. Trading under the ticker symbol EBK, the new securities were issued at a price of $10, with a maturity date of December 30, 2011. At maturity, holders will receive par ($10) plus the Supplemental Redemption Amount, if any. The notes are issued by Morgan Stanley. The Amex specialist unit for the securities is AIM Securities/Aegis Joint Account.
