NEW YORK, June 29  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) opened trading today on Merrill Lynch's Accelerated Return Bear Markets Notes Linked to the Dow Jones Industrial Average.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 16, 770, 000 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol DGD and has a maturity date of September 5, 2008.
