Digital Animations Group PLC ("DA Group" or the "Company")
Purchase of own Securities
DA Group announces that, on Friday 7th March 2003, it purchased 800,000 of its
own ordinary shares at a price of 18.9 pence per share. This is in accordance
with the authority to make market purchases of shares granted by shareholders at
the Annual General Meeting held on 3 October 2003.
The shares will be cancelled. Following this cancellation, DA Group will have
30,856,026 ordinary shares in issue.
400,000 of these shares were purchased from Derek J Douglas, a significant
shareholder in the Company. As a result, Derek J Douglas no longer holds a
notifiable interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company.
