Digital Animations Group plc ("DA Group" or "the Company")
DA Group announces that at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held
today the special resolution regarding the cancellation of the share premium
account was duly passed.
Accordingly, the Company intends to progress its plans to return #3 million cash
to shareholders as soon as the Court of Session in Edinburgh approves the
cancellation.
Further announcements will be made in due course.
