The Clapham House Group plc ("Clapham House" or "the Company")

Grant of Options



Following a meeting of the Board of Clapham House on 22 January 2004, Clapham
House announces that on 23 January 2004:



1          pursuant to the Company's Unapproved Share Option Plan, the Board of
Clapham House granted options over 21,645 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in
the Company, to Nick Donaldson (non-executive director) at an exercise price of
115.5 pence per share.



2          pursuant to the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive Share
Option Plan, the Board of Clapham House granted options over 25,974 ordinary
shares of 10 pence each in the Company, to George Jones (employee) at an
exercise price of 115.5 pence per share.



For each of the above, the options will be exercisable from 23 January 2007
until 23 January 2014.
