We hereby give you notice that with effect from 06/03/2003 we will have
repurchased EDR's totalling more than 15%, 25%,10% respectively of the original
amounts of the issues. All EDR's repurchased have been cancelled and following
this last repurchase the remaining amounts of the issues will be Eur
108,911,070.14, Eur 57,747,054.60, Eur 43,685,834.67 respectively.
