                     Notice on Change of main shareholders

We inform you that it took place a change of main shareholders of our Company on
January,20,2003 as follows.

1.Backgroung of the change

We received the report that Accoru Incorporated and Sumino-shoji Incorporated,
which are main shareholder and top shareholder of our Company, merged on
January,20,2003 and changed their corporate name to ''Sumino Holdings Private
Limited Company'' from the Shareholder. As a result, it took place a change of
main shareholder and top shareholder as follows.
