                        Result of Annual General Meeting



Arlington Group Plc ("Arlington") announces that at its Annual General Meeting,
held yesterday, all resolutions were duly passed.


In regard to Resolution 8, to authorise and adopt and implement one or more
share option schemes, the Board of Arlington is pleased to announce that on 26th
June 2003 it granted and issued share options over ordinary shares in the
Company as follows:


Zetachoice Ltd - a company associated with Craig Niven - was issued 659,193
options exercisable at 30 pence per share and 2,636,771 options exercisable at
40 pence per share


The Venture Business Consultancy Ltd - a company controlled by Colin Hill - was
issued 197,758 options exercisable at 30p and 791,031 options exercisable at 40
pence per share


Charles Cannon-Brookes was issued 131,839 options exercisable at 30 pence per
share and 527,354 options exercisable at 40 pence per share.


All of the above options are not exercisable for a minimum period of twelve
months from the date of issue and have an expiry date of August 24th 2009.
