Director's Shareholding
The Company was informed today that Nicholas Barham, a director of the Company
sold 150,000 shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 21
November 2003 at a price of 26p per share to employees of the Company. Following
this transaction Mr Barham owns 38,785,219 Ordinary Shares representing 58.84%
of the issued share capital of the Company.
Colin Hill, also a director of the Company bought 48,000 of the Ordinary Shares
sold by Mr Barham at a price of 26p. Following this transaction Mr Hill owns
350,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.53% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
