(NYSE: YOKU), China's leading Internet television company ("Youku Tudou"), will report its second quarter 2014 unaudited financial results on Tuesday, August 19, 2014, after the close of the U.S. markets. The earnings teleconference call with simultaneous webcast will take place at 9:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time, August 19, 2014 (9:00 a.m. Beijing / Hong Kong time, August 20, 2014). Youku Tudou's management will be on the call to discuss the quarterly results and answer questions.
