                               DIRECTORS INTEREST


The Company was informed on 20 January 2004 that on that date, Mr William Good,
the Finance Director of the Company, purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p
each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 100p per
Ordinary Share.  Following this transaction Mr Good has an interest in 25,000
Ordinary Shares representing 0.01 per cent. of the current issued share capital
of the Company.
