AGM Statement
XKO Group is pleased to announce that all the resolutions proposed at today's
AGM were passed. During the AGM the Chairman made the following statement:
"The Group has enjoyed a solid first quarter's trading with results marginally
ahead of the Board's expectations. The recent acquisition of Control, which
brings an attractive customer base as well as specialist Supply Chain Management
technology is proceeding to plan and has been fully integrated into the Group."
A signed copy of the resolutions will shortly be submitted to the UK Listing
Authority and will be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's
Document Viewing Facility.
