COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT


The Directors of XecutiveResearch Group PLC have noted the recent increase in
the Company's share price.  The Directors are in discussions which may, or may
not, result in an acquisition which, if completed, would constitute a "reverse
takeover" in accordance with the AIM Rules.  The Directors have, therefore,
today requested a suspension of dealings in the Company's shares on AIM.  A
further announcement will be made as soon as possible.
