WhiteWave Foods Announces Third Quarter 2016 Form 10-Q Filing Date

The WhiteWave Foods Company (NYSE:WWAV) today announced that it expects to file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on or about November 9, 2016. Information regarding the company’s third quarter 2016 results will be contained in the Form 10-Q. WhiteWave will not host a conference call due to its planned merger with Danone S.A.
