Windrose Medical Properties Announces Annual Meeting of Shareholders

INDIANAPOLIS, March 8  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Windrose Medical Properties Trust (NYSE:WRS), a self-managed specialty medical properties REIT, announced today that it will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday, May 18th, at 3:30 p.m. (Eastern Time). The meeting will take place at the Holiday Inn, 3850 DePauw Blvd, Indianapolis, Indiana. All shareholders of record as of March 20, 2006 will be eligible to vote and are invited to attend.
